Saint Francis/Mount Sinai Regional Cancer Center

Lea’s Foundation for Leukemia Research, Inc., announced on February 8th at their

Annual Gala a $555,000 pledge for leukemia research to be conducted at the

Saint Francis/Mount Sinai Regional Cancer Center over the next three years.

These funds will be utilized to coordinate and support participation in clinical trials to

test recently discovered new cancer treatment drugs.

Lea’s Foundation Center – UCONN

The Lea’s Foundation Center for Hematologic Disorders is one of the many exciting features found at the University of Connecticut Health Center. This addition was made possible in 2007 thanks to the $1.25 million dollar generosity of the Lea’s Foundation for Leukemia Research, Inc.

Connecticut Children’s Medical Center 

Help support clinical trials conducted  on leukemia patients mostly under the age of 15.

Lea’s Foundation for Leukemia Research, Inc., presented Connecticut Children’s

Medical Center with a $50,000 donation towards leukemia clinical trials  in May.

The Lea’s Foundation has contributed $320,000 towards leukemia clinical trials at

Connecticut Children’s since the year 2000.
